Orders and purchases are typically handled via direct inquiry, catalog review, and manual order confirmation rather than an instant automated webshop checkout.

-
Currency: All prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

-
International Orders & Customs: For orders shipped outside Switzerland, the client is solely responsible for complying with local import laws, customs clearances, and any applicable local duties or taxes.
6. Returns, Cancellations, and Claims

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on sm-essences.ch—including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and catalog layouts—is the intellectual property of SM Essences or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, SM Essences disclaims all liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from website access, product usage, or delivery delays. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
-
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any associated sales agreements are governed exclusively by Swiss Law, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG).
-
Jurisdiction: The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms is the registered location of the Seller in Switzerland (Veyrier / Canton of Geneva).
